Source hierarchy

Ministerial documents and government registers take precedence for the official reference. Network and institution observations provide complementary information, with their own provenance.

Publication and review

Imported programmes are not all approved for public display. Preview access preserves source status, unresolved collisions and missing information. Access does not grant redistribution rights to documents whose licence remains unknown.

Use of information

Agora is an independent Byrnu service. It does not decide admission eligibility, recognize competency equivalences, guarantee available places or confer professional qualifications. Verify current requirements with the institution or responsible authority.

Privacy and security

The service does not collect student records. ZITADEL provides authenticated identity; Agora records consent, client registrations and credential metadata. API secrets are hashed; session cookies are encrypted and HttpOnly. Never place an application token in a public browser bundle.
